Exhibition identity and communication material for Michael Landy’s first exhibition in Greece, BREAKING NEWS. NEON and Michael Landy invited the public to send in images that capture contemporary Athens and its social and political landscape – images reflecting the current state of our society such as news headlines, text messages, aphorisms, symbols, logos, slogans and graffiti. The exhibition was an installation in progress. Michael selected images from those submitted and recreated them in blue and white drawings that were pinned directly on the walls of Diplarios School, in the heart of Athens.
