We’re looking for a talented Mid–Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Schema.
What You’ll Do
Lead and execute projects from concept through completion, managing timelines and deliverables.
Design across multiple platforms and formats, ensuring strong visual language and brand consistency.
Develop innovative, thoughtful design solutions across print and digital touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and project managers to ensure cohesion across design, usability, and technology.
Stay current with design trends and tools, and integrate best practices into your workflow.
Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines while remaining flexible and detail-oriented.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in visual identity, branding, and multi-platform design.
A strong, versatile portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print media.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace.
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience also considered.
Strong understanding of design systems, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and digital communication requirements.
Positive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Openness to feedback and a genuine interest in growing through your work.
Fluency in both Greek and English.
Illustration or video editing skills are a plus.
Residence in Athens is preferred, but not required.
